Ingredients
- Fresh catfish- 2 lbs
- Pounded yam or yam powder- 1 cup
- Uziza seeds (ground)- 2 tbsp
- Crayfish- 1/2 cup ground
- Seasoning cubes- 3 cubes
- Salt & pepper- to taste
- Onions- 1 medium
Preparation
- Cook catfish with spices and seasoning.
- Add ground uziza seeds and crayfish.
- Stir in yam paste to thicken.
- Simmer until smooth.
